Corrugated plate is also called profiled plate. Profiled steel plates are usually classified in different ways according to the application position, plate shape wave height, overlapping structure, and material. Common classification methods are as follows:
(1) Classified by application position - roof panel, wall panel, floor bearing plate, ceiling plate, etc. At the same time, the color steel plate is used as the wall decoration plate, and the architectural decoration effect is novel and unique.
(2) Classification by wave height - divided into high wave plate (wave height ≥ 70mm), medium wave plate (wave height<70mm) and low wave plate (wave height<30mm)
(3) According to the material classification of the substrate, it can be divided into hot-dip galvanized substrate, hot-dip aluminium-zinc substrate and hot-dip galvanized aluminum substrate.
(4) It is classified according to the construction mode of slab joints - including lap joint, undercut joint and buckle joint. The medium and high wave boards with undercut and buckle should be used as roof panels with high waterproof requirements; The overlapped medium and high wave galvanized plate is used for the floor slab; The lapped low wave plate should be used as the wall panel.
