The difference between galvanized sheet and galvanized steel sheet, why is galvanized better?

Contains different materials

Galvanized sheet: A layer of metal zinc is coated on the surface of the steel sheet to prevent the surface of the steel sheet from being corroded and prolong its service life. Galvanized steel plate: the surface is smooth, the pattern is gorgeous, and it is basically silvery white. It is to add a layer of aluminum on the premise of galvanized sheet. The coating is 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon.

Different uses:

Galvanized sheet is mainly used in the construction industry for the production of anti-corrosion materials such as industrial and civil building roofs and roof grids.

Galvalume sheets are mainly used in construction: like roofs, walls, garages, sound insulation walls, pipes, prefabricated houses, etc. It can also be used in the automotive industry: as exhaust pipes, wiper accessories, fuel tanks, truck boxes, etc.

Different service life

The galvanized layer structure has good corrosion resistance, and the normal service life of the galvanized sheet is 2 to 6 times that of the general galvanized sheet. Aluminum-zinc alloy steel plate can be used in high temperature environment up to 315 degrees
